1964 Civil Rights Act, protected class status under the law, religion is a "protected class," government and private businesses can not practice religious discrimination! The Christian student can sue the University for up to 100 million in punitive for religious discrimination.
AntiChristian hate is now allowed in the class room, as it is coercion against a protected class under religion. A student's first amendment rights, that of freedom of religion, is not lost when one enters onto government land, nor in private schools.
